When he was 29, Mario moved to the US and traded free labor to work in a pizzeria, learn the trade and follow his true passion of making pizza. Within 5 years time, he had his own pizzeria, Cheesy Pizza, which he operated with just himself and his wife working 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Now, Mario works with his brother and a much larger team of people who share the same love and passion for making pizzas as he does.
